I work best in rooms where ideas move fast and egos stay small. I’m collaborative by default. Whether it’s my assignment or not, I want to contribute. When the brief shifts or timelines tighten, I’m the person who brings a plan, keeps stakeholders calm, and protects the creative without slowing the process.
Extreme Ownership
I own the outcome. If something is unclear, I clarify it. If a cut is not landing, I diagnose why and fix it. I take responsibility for the details and the bigger picture, from the first strategy conversation through final delivery. That accountability creates trust, and trust is what lets teams do bold work under real deadlines.
